Corvette Racing wins GTLM at the 12 Hours of Sebring

Corvette Racing has clinched the GT Le Mans class victory at the 12 Hours of Sebring. The famous Florida circuit played host to the second round of the 2017 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.

Antonio Garcia, Jan Magnussen and Mike Rockenfeller shared the winning #3 Corvette C7.R. The Chevrolet drivers had some great battles with the works Fords for class supremacy.

"It was a great victory and the team worked very hard for this one", Jan Magnussen said after the race.

Second place in GTLM went to Dirk Mueller, Joey Hand and Sébastien Bourdais driving the #66 Ford GT.

Risi Competizione completed the podium with their #62 Ferrari 488 GTE driven by James Calado, Giancarlo Fisichella and Toni Vilander. James Calado took the third place in the last lap of the race.

Ford Chip Ganassi Racing's Richard Westbrook, Joey Hand and Scott Dixon were fourth with the #67 Ford GT.

Another Ford completed the top-five in class with Stefan Mucke, Olivier Pla and Billy Johnson sharing the #68 Ford GT.
