Richard Lietz and Michael Christensen eager to perform well at Fuji

Porsche factory drivers Richard Lietz and Michael Christensen will be eager to perform well at the 6 Hours of Fuji, round seven of the 2016 FIA World Endurance Championship.

At the wheel of the semi-works #77 Porsche 911 RSR from Dempsey Proton Racing, the two drivers are having a frustrating season in the GTE-Pro class with some ups and downs. They are clearly among the best drivers in the world when it comes to GT racing, but the Porsche 911 RSR is penalized by the current Balance of Performance in GTE-Pro.

In Japan, Richard Lietz and Michael Christensen will try to bounce back against world class competitors from Aston Martin, Ferrari and Ford. The Porsche 911 RSR may not be the fastest car in GTE-Pro but both drivers and the Proton Competition crew proved they can challenge the very best in class.
