Dirk Müller and Ford lead GTLM in Petit Le Mans third practice

Ford Chip Ganassi Racing was the fastest in the GT Le Mans class in the third practice session, a night one, at Road Atlanta.

At the wheel of the #66 Ford GT, Dirk Müller set the quickest time in the ten-car GTLM field with 1:18.240. The German driver shared the car with Sébastien Bourdais and Joey Hand.

Scuderia Corsa's Daniel Serra, Alessandro Pier Guidi and Andrea Bertolini were second fastest with the #68 Ferrari 488 GTE.

Ford Chip Ganassi Racing's Ryan Briscoe, Richard Westbrook and Scott Dixon completed the top-three with the #67 Ford GT.

The #25 BMW M6 GTLM was fourth. Risi Competizione #62 Ferrari 488 GTE was fifth. Corvette Racing #3 Corvette C7.R was sixth. BMW Team RLL #100 BMW M6 GTLM was seventh. Porsche North America #912 Porsche 911 RSR was eighth ahead of the sister #911 machine in ninth. Corvette Racing #4 Corvette C7.R was tenth.
