Christina Nielsen is getting ready for next week's Le Mans 24 Hours. The talented driver from Danemark will be at the wheel of the #60 Ferrari 458 Italia from Formula Racing in the demanding GTE-Am class.
Christina Nielsen is already having a very busy season with the Ferrari brand competing in two different series. She is strongly leading the GT Daytona class points standing with Scuderia Corsa with a Ferrari 488 GT3. She is also competing in the European Le Mans Series' GTE class with Formula Racing's Ferrari 458 Italia.
This is will be the first appearance for Christina Nielsen at Le Mans 24 Hours becoming the first female driver from Danemark entering the French Endurance classic.
Le Mans is an amazing event and every racing driver dreams of being a part of it. To be here in a car capable of competing for a win is better still. Before we start thinking of that though, there is a lot of hard work ahead. It wouldn’t be Le Mans though without taking the opportunity to soak up the atmosphere. I can’t wait to get started.
At La Sarthe, Christina Nielsen will be sharing the Ferrari with her team-mates in the European Le Mans Series, Mikkel Mac and Johnny Laursen, both are also from Danemark.
