Fastest in the opening session, Aston Martin Racing ended in a strong second with the #95 Aston Martin Vantage GTE driven by Richie Stanaway, Fernando Rees and Jonathan Adam.
The top-three in GTE-Pro was completed by the AF Corse #71 Ferrari 488 GTE of Davide Rigon and Sam Bird.
The Aston Martin Racing #95 Aston Martin Vantage GTE was fourth. The Ford Chip Ganassi Team UK #66 Ford GT was fifth ahead of the sister #67 Ford GT sixth. The Dempsey - Proton Racing #77 Porsche 911 RSR was seventh fastest.
Ferrari and AF Corse were the quickest in GTE-Am as well with the #83 Ferrari 458 Italia in the hands of François Perrodo, Emmanuel Collard and Rui Aguas.
Gulf Racing was second in class with the #86 Porsche 911 RSR. Aston Martin Racing was third with the #98 Aston Martin Vantage GTE.
Action will resume at Spa-Francorchamps on Friday with a third practice session followed by qualifying.
