IMSA Performance targets a return to GTE and Le Mans

IMSA Performance has been for a long-time a very successful Porsche team in GT2/GTE racing with the Porsche 911 GT3 RSR at Le Mans 24 Hours, the FIA World Endurance Championship and European Le Mans Series.

IMSA Performance clinched the GT2 class victory in the 2007 Le Mans and the GTE-Am class win in 2013.

The Raymond Narac managed squad is competing this year in the Blancpain GT Series with a brand new Porsche 911 GT3-R.

Raymond Narac had a chat with Endurance-Info's Laurent Mercier about their 2016 Blancpain GT Series effort and about a possible comeback to Le Mans and GTE racing.

Of course we are thinking about the Le Mans 24 Hours, that's our target. The Blancpain GT Series is very competitive and the level of competition here with GT3 cars is close to the one in GTE. This is a perfect place to prepare the future and it's a real challenge for everyone.
