Aston Martin Racing have announced their 2016 motorsport plans and driver line-ups. The British brand will once again compete in the FIA World Endurance Championship moving from a five-car effort to just three.
The AMR driver line-up is featuring some of the best GT drivers around. In the upper GTE-Pro class two updated Aston Martin Vantage GTEs will challenge for the title against their rivals from Ferrari, Ford and Porsche.
The #95 Aston Martin Vantage GTE will be shared by Nicki Thiim, Darren Turner and Marco Sørensen, the car is managed by Danish squad Young Driver AMR.
The sister #97 Aston Martin Vantage GTE will be driven by Richie Stanaway, Jonathan Adam and Fernando Reese.
The third Aston Martin Racing entry in FIA WEC will compete in GTE-Am class. Paul Dalla Lana, Pedro Lamy and Mathias Lauda are the drivers of the the #98 Aston Martin Vantage GTE.
